                                 Biomedical Engineer
Duties and responsibilities: Biomedical engineers combine biology, medicine, and engineering to solve medical and health related problems. They design big MRI machines along with microscopic machines used in surgery. They also research and develop prostheses, evaluate artificial organs, and improve instrumentation used in hospitals and clinics. Biomedical engineers usually work in teams with other engineers or with research and manufacturing professionals. They are very important people because they create special products to save people’s lives.
Salary: $79,610 - $ 92,870
Education: In order to become a biomedical engineer you must have a Bachelor’s degree. Also they must formal training combined with mechanical and electronic engineering. Unlike many engineering fields, many entry level biomedical engineers hold a master’s degree.

Reflection: I wouldn’t want to be a biomedical engineer because they have to have a high degree and that’s takes a lot of time in school, I really don’t want to spend a long time in school. Also it may be nice to help people by saving their lives but it’s a lot of work. It pays well but it’s a lot of hard work.
