          Athletic Trainer
Duties and Responsibilities: Athletic trainers are highly qualified health professionals who are trained to prevent, recognize, and manage injuries from any physical activity. They can help you avoid unnecessary medical treatment. When you are injured, athletic trainers work with you healthcare provider to keep you on the move.
Salary: $35,000-$75,000
Education: To become an athletic trainer you must have a Bachelor’s degree through an accredited athletic program or meet other requirements set by the board of certification. Some educational programs include: pharmacology, therapeutic exercise, health care administration, risk management and injury prevention, etc. In addition to academic studies, students receive clinical training in a variety of practice settings like, high schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, emergency rooms, physician offices, and health clinics.



Reflection: I would want to be an athletic trainer because it seems like an easy job helping people with any kind of sports injuries. Also you don’t have to go to school for a long time only 4 years and it gets paid well.
